Ingredients:
7 cups water
12 oz can condensed milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup uncooked rice
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
Directions:
Soak rice and one cinnamon stick in the water overnight or a minimum of 6 hours. Blend water, rice, milk and cinnamon stick until very smooth. Strain rice from water, discard rice. Add vanilla and sugar to rice water, mix well and serve over ice. Two cinnamon sticks can be used if desired and sugar increased or decreased depending on how sweet you want it. Makes about 8 servings.
