Ingredients:
3 Avocados, ripe
2 Tomatoes, diced
1/4 Onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons Cilantro
1 Jalapeno
Directions:
Mash the avocados in a bowl, dice the tomatoes, chop the onion, cilantro and jalapeno and add to the avocado. Mix well and cover, refrigerate for an hour and enjoy.
Adding a little lemon juice to the mixture will help keep the guacamole from turning brown.
