Mexican Tacos


2 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 medium onion
3 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
4 limes, cut into wedges
1/4 cup vegetable oil
18 corn tortillas
salt and pepper to taste


Heat a tablespoon of the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the steak strips until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove to a plate and keep warm.

Heat the rest of the oil in the skillet and fry each tortilla on each side until lightly browned, but still flexible. Set aside on plate and keep warm.

Top each tortilla with steak strips, onion, jalapeno and cilantro to taste. Squeeze lime juice over everything. Wrap it up and enjoy!
