Oatmeal Drink From South America

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
2-3 pineapple slices
1 cinnamon stick
4 cups water

Directions:

In a medium sauce pan add the pineapple slices and water. Bring water to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and pour in blender, add the cooked oatmeal and cinnamon stick. Blend very well. Strain mixture. Serve liquid warm with a cinnamon stick.
